The 20th Decade

First of all, I would like to thank everyone for all the wonderful wishes you gave me via Facebook, SMSes and also phone calls. Appreciate it so much. You guys do make my day haha. So basically what I did for my birthday? Had Seafood with my parents in Klang, and drinking session later at Ching's house. We played the King's Cup. It was fun at first, but soon it became boring...as one by one started lying down. So fast kong la u guys haha.

Hmmp, so back to the main topic...this day marks the day of my 20 years living on earth. There's a few things that I wanted to be grateful to such as:

1. Good and fit healthy body. Just that I'm a lil skinny coz of my high-metabolic rate
2. Having a bunch of good friends...You know who u are :)
3. My 2 lovely parents and a great sister
4. For being blessed and protected till this day
5. Education, such as being able to pursue my ambition and dreams
6. Love and support from friends and family members
7. None of the friends I knew pass away yet. So, please stay alive and value your life alright! Though there are times where we feel like giving up, but there's always something you can do about it...for as long as you have L.I.F.E.
8. Last but not least, thank God for the prayers answered. Amen!
   

1901!

Drove to KL as early as 7.00am this morning. Goodness gracious, it's been quite some since I drove to KL...cause eventually I'll sesat. Didn't wanna take any chances haha. Now that petrol price has increased, I rather take the monorail and KTM if I had to.

Things to do in KL:

1. Bring my mom to Tung Shin Hospital for body checkup. It's been about 10 years since I last enter this hospital.
2. Hand the appointment letter I've signed to Computer Protocol.
3. Eat the famous pan mee at Jalan Berangan - X jadi cos I had breakfast at the cafeteria.

Hmmp, it was tiring la waking up early in the morning. Thank goodness it took me 20mins to get to KL. Amazing!! Traffic was smooth like never before. How nice, if traffic is always as smooth as yesterday. At least I roughly know how to go around KL d haha.

In the evening, the group went to Parade to get my sports shoes. We stopped by 1901 for hotdogs. Dayum, the hotdog tastes so good. After that, we went to Studio R. They have what I want, but there's no sizes to it. Frustration!!! Budget = RM250.00 for a pair of Adidas shoes. Oh well, better luck next time.

Next stop, Memory Lane. We're so bored, that we started playing with soft toys. Making stupid emotions and lame stuffs. Oh I realise one thing, we dun act our age :P

Birthday Celebration

Went down to Ikea Damansara for its famous meatballs. Fetched Kevin, Chen and Bryan from their homes. Then, meet up with Ching, Syekit and Andrew there. I was confused at first about Kev's birthday celebration...coz there were like so much misunderstanding. First this, then that, later like this...Zzz. Was abit frust at first la. Oh well, the meatballs was fantastic. I took down 13/15 meatballs from my plate. Tam Jiak! Haha. I just eat like crazy, cos I know that when I get back to UniMAP...there's no way I could enjoy such good food anymore...

In the evening, I just stay at home...relaxing while listening to my music + super cooling air-conditioned room. Ching came over to discuss the plans for the night. Oh well, no scandalous act but discussions. Planned Kevin's surprise birthday bash. Hmmp, there are times when I just got so fed up with plans, cos sometimes they just don't go the way it supposed to be. So thank goodness, Ching and I made it through la...coz Kevin and Chen was like EVERYWHERE! Babi betul haha.

Entered Kevin's house afta talking to the maid. That evening, I did talk to Kev's brother about the party plans and told him to pass the msg to the parents as well. Ok here's the best part.

Scenario: While I was parking my car infront of Kevin's house... his house lights went off and on again, several times". I just tahan la...coz it was like damn damn blardy funny. It got even worst when Kev said "Eh, why my parents running around one....what r they doing!?!?" HAHA!! As he opened the door, Sid and Syekit just popped out from the sides. Haha. Happy birthday Kevin!!

And unexpectedly, they celebrated my birthday as well. Lol. Like tak sangka...coz mine's like 27th and Kev is 25th. Anyways, thx for everything guys. :)

Ex-form 6 Re-Unite!

Woke up early in the morning, coz I had an appointment with Dr.Ranjit at SS15. Need him to check on my acne condition. Guess what, I thought the appointment was 11.15am, but when I double checked, it's like 12.10p.m. Wth, I have like an hour more?!? So, what I did was lepak around SS15 and somehow stumble into a comic shop. Cleo Mag for Oct is out! Hmmp, I might be able to do something about it. Bought the mag and head to Asia Cafe for apple juice. So basically...,1 hour = Apple Juice + Cleo.

Went to Sunway Pyramid at 1.30pm afta seeing my skin specialist. Had lunch at Tokyo G. Haha, according to one of my friends, Tokyo G is like...there's no significance in it. Western, Japanese...what also got. Like ABC la. My meal was good, no regrets. Later, went round looking for my sports shoes and some window shopping with the guys. Girls went to their separate ways as usual. In the evening, Joan & I had to go home since we have dinner at home. Haha, the group was like pressuring me and all. "Marcus, u better bring her back home safely ahh Marcus!!!" "Eh, jaga her baik baik ok, plz Marcus". Like I'm a freaking rapist or something LOL!~

Well well, had badminton sessions with my Ex-form 6 classmates at 3K. Since it starts like 3.30p.m, I decided do something which is good for my body, and at the same time...keeping in touch with some of my friends. Was great la playing with the girls and guys. Or would I say that the girls are one of the reasons I am there? Haha. Later, had yumcha + dinner right after badminton. I didn't eat coz I have dinner at home. At night, didn't go anywhere else but to catch up with my final year project and some other stuff.

Father & Son Bonding

I've allocated Monday as the Father & Son bonding session as requested by my dad. Morning had Klang Bak Kut Teh with my dad. At first, we wanted to head down to Port Klang for seafood. But, I did ask my dad about Klang...what are the hot spots...makan-makan and etc. Since Klang is famous for its BKT, we decided to have our branch there.

Next destination - Famous seafood restaurant in Klang. Located deep in the heart of Pelabuhan Klang Utara. My dad wanted to check the place out, coz the last round I came back, we couldn't find the way dere. It's bright now, so yeah...it's a way way easier to get dere. Bagan Hailam Restaurant brings back memories though. The last time I came here was like 10 years ago. Imagine how long has it been...

Later, my dad and I went round KL exploring the hot spots and Me trying to get used to the roads in KL. Jalan Chulan, Jalan Maharajalela, Jalan Berangan...goodness gracious so many jalans haha. Bought my return to Perlis as well. Leaving Sunday Nite - 11.15p.m. Sad huh? At night, went to LinSeng Garden for dinner. Had the famous Tai Chow and braised duck. Good food!

Afta that, dad brought me to Kelana Jaya pub for a couple of beers. Unfortunately, the place is close for Raya. So, we went to Mentari instead, which is right opposite Sunway Pyramid. Took 2 mugs of Extra Chilled Carlsberg. My liver!!! Played pool with my dad too.

I was like super tomato red when I came home. Cepat-cepat take one cup of hot water and drink. Asia Cafe around 10pm with Sid, Chen and Syekit :)
