Believe and You'll see: Electronic Sports World Cup (ESWC)

So, this is ESWC, and for those of you who don't know what it is, it is mainly about gaming tournament. Divided into several games such as Counter Strike 1.6, Team Fortress 2, Half Life 2, DotA, Warcraft 3 and lots more. Winners of this tournament will be competing in KL, PWTC for the finals. So, if yr team happens to win the finals, you'll be sponsered to represent Malaysia in playing at the Grand Finals in U.S. Winners will be granted $65,000. Cool eh? Visit http://www.eswc.com/info/overview_eswc for more details. Basically i was there to snap pictures and support Team [4rl] which consists of Kevin, Neeb, Honsam, Aiman and Aidil. From my pictures, you'll know it's definitely C.S 1.6 k. Some of the rules which i remembered, No talking/msging when you're dead & No swearing and cursing. So how do u judge the winners? Simple. There will be 2 rounds. Which ever team reaches score 16 wins. Here are the results:

1st round - 13-2, 14-1, Team[4RL] won
2nd round - 12-3, 4-0, Team AAV won. Aidil says AAV means AKU ANGKAT VAN =.=!!!!
3rd round - 8-7, 7-8, since it's duece, it'll go overtime, 2-4, Team [HPC] won

So as we can see, Team [4RL] lost. And trust me, they have improved hell lot compared to last time. Sry to say, they got eliminated 16-0 in ESWC back 2005. This competition will let them know where they stand. Now we're not noobs anymore. :P Proud of you guys man!!! All the best next year =)
